New Delhi: An official of the Niti Aayog has tested positive for COVID-19. As soon as the news was confirmed, the third floor of the Niti Aayog’s office here was sealed and sanitisation is now underway, reported ANI.
Earlier today, a scientist at the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) also tested for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, India became the world’s seventh worst-hit country by the deadly coronavirus as it recorded its highest-ever jump in infections.
India recorded 8,392 cases of coronavirus infections in a highest single-day spike.
