Cuttack: The Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) has imposed restrictions on zero night celebrations in Cuttack on the eve of New Year.
The CMC issued an advisory whereby people have been asked not to gather in hotels, mandaps and clubs in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The CMC further advised that citizens should celebrate in their house with family and friends.
Earlier in the day, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) issued an advisory prohibiting large social gatherings and celebrations on the occasion of New Year’s Eve.
