New Delhi: If you thought feature phones were dead, think again! Nokia on Monday launched two 4G feature phones – 215 4G and 225 4G.
The phones are priced as follows:
Nokia 215 4G – Rs 2,949
Nokia 225 4G – Rs 3,499
The phones will be available from October 23 on Nokia’s own online store and Flipkart. It will be available offline from November 6.
Being 4G phones, both support VoLTE and HD calls. Both have a 2.4-inch QVGA display, 128GB memory, FM Radio, LED flashlight, expandable storage, Bluetooth 5.0, physical QWERTY alpha-numeric keypad, 1,500mAh battery and run on Series 30+ operating system based RTOS.
The 225 4G has a rear VGA (0.3MP) camera, while the 215 4G surprisingly comes without a camera.
The main competition for these phones will be the JioPhone series and other budget phones from Micromax, Lava, Intex, etc. None of them, however, have 4G.
