The new Motor Vehicles Act implementation has led to long queues at Regional Transport Offices (RTOs) in the state. RTO-1 in Bhubaneswar on Monday announced that applicants can obtain learner’s licence online.
Applicants will have to fill the form, pay the required fee and download the learner’s document from the RTO website.
Similarly, one can download vehicle fitness certificate from the website too.
Strict enforcement of the new traffic rules resumed from Sunday.
However, the state government has given a further relaxation of three months to make vehicle documents ready.
