NSS Day Observed At SOA University In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: The importance of National Service Scheme (NSS) for students was stressed at a programme organised at
Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University (SOA) in Bhubaneswar to mark the 55th NSS Day on Tuesday.

Vice-Chancellor of the university Prof Pradipta Kumar Nanda, in his keynote address at the programme, spoke on the NSS movement and its role in the student life.

The programme, organised by SOA’s NSS Coordinator Prof Nachieketa K Sharma, featured activities involving students from different institutions of the university.

The discussions and activities underscored the significance of social service in the lives of students and the spirit of community engagement.
