Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Monday effected a reshuffle in the OAS cadre with the transfer of 25 officers.
While Registrar of Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Dayanidhi Nayak has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Agriculture & FE Department, the government has named no replacement for him.
