Bhubaneswar: ‘Odisha Mo Parivar’ convenor Arup Mohan Patnaik will be the state government’s representative to coordinate with the Gujarat administration regarding migrant workers from Odisha stranded in Surat and other parts of the western state following the countrywide lockdown to contain the COVID-19 outbreak.
