Mumbai: Two youth from Odisha accused in the Mumbai drugs on cruise case have been granted bail. They are the reportedly first persons to get bail in this case.
Manish Rajgaria, Avin Sahu from Odisha have been granted bail by the city-based Special NDPS Court subject to furnishing bail bonds to the tune of Rs 50,000.
Manish Udaya Rajgaria from Rourkela and Avin Dinanath Sahu of Raghunathpalli of Sundargarh district were arrested following the seizure of drugs during a raid on a Goa-bound cruise ship by Narcotics Control Bureau officers on October 2.
Notably, the Bombay High Court has adjourned Aryan Khan’s bail plea hearing till 2.30 pm on Wednesday.
