Odisha 5T Secy VK Pandian Reviews SCB Facilities

Cuttack: The secretary to the Chief Minister (Transformation and Initiatives), V Karthikeyan Pandian, visited SCB Medical College and Hospital on Wednesday morning.

Pandian visited different wards and interacted with the patients. Later, he held a meeting with hospital authorities to review the state of healthcare, infrastructure and other facilities

He was accompanied by the Mission director, National Health Mission (NHM), Shalini Pandit, Cuttack Collector Bhabani Shankar Chaini, Police Commissioner Sudhanshu Sarangi and Cuttack DCP Akhileswar Singh.

Also on Wednesday, Chief minister Naveen Patnaik will meet the head of departments (HODs), students and administrative officials of SCB Medical College and Hospital on patients’ welfare and development prospects. The meeting will be held at Lok Seva Bhavan here at 6.30 pm.
