Bhubaneswar: Journalist Jagrati Shukla recently announced a book on former Odisha MP and friend Anubhav Mohanty, chronicling his journey both in cinema and politics.
The official biography has been jointly penned by her and Astitva and published by Redgrab Books.
“After more than four years of dedication and passion, we are thrilled to announce that our Book—chronicling the remarkable journey of Odisha’s superstar ANUBHAV MOHANTY, both in Cinema & Politics—is on its way,” she posted on Instagram.
Jagrati unveiled the cover of the book on the birthday of the actor-turned-politician on December 24, giving “a glimpse into his extraordinary life captured within these pages”.

Anubhav in the past has shared posts on social media, acknowledging his friendship with Jagrati.
In December 2020, he shared a picture to thank his lawyer Ashwani Dubey and Jagrati, who he wrote stood by him and been the reason for his smile amid the ongoing legal battle with his now ex-wife Varsha Priyadarshini.
Following which, Jagrati was bitterly trolled by Varsha’s fans. The journalist had then warned that she would take a legal course of action against abusive comments. Varsha had also lodged a complaint against her at Purighat police station here, alleging that she was defaming her through social media posts, after she called the actress out her for different spellings of her names in her ID cards.
