Bhubaneswar: To enhance passenger convenience, East Coast Railway (ECoR) has announced the temporary augmentation of Rajdhani and Rajyarani Express trains with additional AC-3 Tier coaches.
This initiative is aimed at ensuring a more comfortable and seamless journey for travellers during the high-demand period.
22823/22824 Bhubaneswar–New Delhi–Bhubaneswar Rajdhani Express will be augmented with one additional AC-3 Tier coach from Bhubaneswar on July 8 and 11 and from New Delhi on July 9 and 12, ECoR said in a statement.
18417/18418 Puri–Gunupur–Puri Express will be augmented with one additional AC-3 Tier coach from Puri daily from July 3 to 9 and from Gunupur daily from July 4 to 10.
This temporary augmentation is aimed at clearing the extra rush of passengers and ensuring smoother travel during this period. Passengers are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and take note of the additional accommodation available.
