Bhubaneswar: The winter session of the Odisha Assembly was adjourned sine die on Thursday, 21 days ahead of the schedule.
Speaker Surya Narayan Patro announced early closure of the winter session of the House after accepting a motion moved by the Government Chief Whip Pramila Mallick.
The House session, which had begun on October 13, was to be concluded on December 19.
The session had 30 workdays, of which the House could be conducted only for 13 days. Of the total 30 working days, 21 days were earmarked for official business
