Sambalpur: Odia girl Samrata Dalpat (10) bagged the Presidential Gold Certificate for her uncommon wit and her curricular excellence in Class IV in USA.
Samarta Dalpat aka Twinkle is the daughter of Samrit Sekhar Dalpat and Sujata Sahu.
They belong to Kunjelapada in Sambalpur district.
Twinkle’s father is an engineer and they have been staying in Ohio in USA.
Twinkle has also achieved the Orange Belt in Taekwondo martial art.
