Odisha Cabinet Likely To Discuss 10 Proposals Today
Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Cabinet is scheduled to meet at 6.30 pm on Friday to discuss around 10 proposals of various departments, official sources said.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is likely to chair the meeting from his residence, Naveen Niwas, with other members of the Cabinet taking part in the meeting from the State Secretariat or district headquarters.
The sources further said that the Cabinet is likely to discuss and approve proposals submitted by the agriculture, healthcare, education, water resources, information technology, and skill development departments.
Augmentation of water management system to expedite the irrigation process and ensure water security for farmers and proposals focusing on improving the quality of education and infrastructure in schools and colleges across the state are likely to be taken up.
