Odisha Cabinet To Meet Tomorrow; 12 Proposals Likely To Get Approval
Bhubaneswar: The State Cabinet is likely to approve 12 proposals at a meeting scheduled on Monday.
While Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will preside over the meeting via a video conferencing from his residence – Naveen Nivas, the ministers present in Bhubaneswar will attend the meeting at Lok Seva Bhawan and those in districts will join the meeting at the conference hall of the district collectorate.
Reliable sources said the Cabinet is most likely to approve the proposal of Cooperation Department for promulgation of ordinance in the Orissa Agricultural Produce Markets (OAPM) Act to provide immediate benefit to the farmers.
Notably, the state government had earlier sent the proposal for promulgation of the ordinance to the Governor for approval.
