Berhampur: Nine tourists had a close shave when the boat they had boarded overturned in the sea at Gopalpur on Thursday.
According to sources, the tourists had hired three boats from OTDC and these turned turtles while they were 70 metres from the shore.
They were rescued by lifeguards.
While OTDC staff refused to comment on the incident, police said no complaint was registered in this regard.
