Bhubaneswar: Odisha Congress spokesperson Manoj Mohapatra has resigned from the party on Saturday. Mohapatra tendered his resignation to new PCC chief Sarat Pattanayak, who was appointed to the post barely a week back.
Mohapatra cited that the party is being misused by ‘vested interests’.
