Bhubaneswar: Good news for alcohol lovers! The Odisha Excise Department on Monday permitted liquor stores to remain open till 10:30 pm.
According to the department, counter sale of FMFL/IMFL/wine/beer/RTD/out still liquor and ENA-based country liquor in all licensed IMFL ‘OFF’, ‘ON’, OS, CL shops outside containment zones will be allowed to be sold between 10:30 am and 10:30 pm.
Earlier, the sale of liquor was permitted only till 6 pm because of lockdown measures.
