Koraput: Pragatika Roy, a Class-X student from Semiliguda in Koraput district, has made Odisha proud by winning the Miss Super Model beauty pageant in Goa recently.
As many as 40 girls participated in the contest organised by Ensemble Fashion and Sneha Films and Entertainments. Out of them, 15 were selected for the semi final and five for the final round, in which Pragatika was crowned the winner.
Pragatika is the daughter of Pratip Ray and Geetanjali Sethi and studies in Demount Public School in Semiliguda.
She gave credit for her success to her parents and model trainer and founder of Kerrys Suman Khillo. Earlier, she had won the Princess Koraput contest.
The beauty pageant was held in Goa from November 14 to 16.
