Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Thursday announced KALIA (Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation) scholarship for 7258 students of the state.
Informing this to the media after presiding over a high-level meeting here, Agriculture minister Arun Sahoo said 19,247 students of 187 colleges had applied for KALIA scholarship. Among them, 7258 students were selected. A total of 661 applicants were recommended by nodal officers, he added.
