Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Monday effected a minor reshuffle in the OAS cadre with the transfer of 11 officers.
According to the notification issued by General Administration Department, Sailendra Kumar Jena has been transferred and posted as Mission Shakti Joint Secretary. He was serving as Joint Secretary, Sports & Youth Services.
He will succeed Binod Kumar Jena, who has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Tourism Department
Similarly, Mamata Barik, who was serving as Joint Secretary in Health & Family Welfare Department, has been shifted to Odisha Livelihood Mission (OLM), Bhubaneswar, with the same designation.
Manoranjan Sahu, general manager (Social Projects) of Bhubaneswar Smart City Ltd, has been appointed Bhubaneswar Sub-Collector and Balangir Tehsildar Sunil Kumar Meher as Sub-Collector of Patnagarh.
Puri Sub-Collector Gopinath Kuanr has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Women & Child Development Department. Raj Kishore Jena, who is serving as Deputy Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), will replace Kuanr as Puri Sub-Collector.
Suraj Kumar Pattnaik, former Sonepur Sub-Collector UoT as Deputy Secretary to Government, Sports & Youth Service, has been posted as Additional EO, Zilla Parishad, Bargarh. Hemasagar Bhoi, former Kuchinda Sub-Collector, who had joined GA & PG Department, has been appointed PA, ITDA, Kuchinda, Sambalpur.
Sohela BDO Surendra Meher has been transferred and posted as Additional Sub-Collector, Sonepur.
Similarly, Additional Sub Collector, Jajpur, Manorama Jali has been appointed Deputy Director, SIRD, Bhubaneswar.
