Odisha Govt Directs Schools To Initiate Admission In Primary, Secondary Classes

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Friday directed the School and Mass Education Department to initiate the process for admission in Primary and Secondary classes the for 2020-21 academic session.

To take precautions against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the government has directed school authorities to allow not more than five children and guardians at a time during admission procedure. They have also been asked to ensure strict implementation of social distancing and use of masks.

The timing for admission procedure will be 7 am to 9.30 am on all working days. Admission process will have to be completed by July 20.
