Bhubaneswar: With the announcement of unlock 2.0 guidelines, the state government has issued a fresh order on functioning of its offices in July.
According to a General Administration & Public Grievances department order, all departments and the subordinate offices will function with 50 per cent of employees’ strength in July in view of sudden rise in COVID-19 cases.
The officers and staff, who have been issued VPN, are allowed to work from home. But they will be available to attend to the office work at short notice and over telephone.
The employees not attending the office have been advised to strictly remain indoors, according to the order.
