Odisha Govt Postpones Admission To UG Courses For Flood; Check New dates

Bhubaneswar: Considering the prevalent flood situation, the Odisha government has postponed the dates for e-admission to Under Graduate (UG) courses in Plus III colleges for academic year 2022-23.

The Odisha Higher Education Department, in a notification, said the last date for applying online Common Application Form (CAF) through the official website has been extended to September 1. Earlier, the deadline was August 25.

The admission as per the first and the second selection will begin from September 7 and 16 respectively. The common application form is available on the official website of Students Academic Management System (SAMS).

The admission of students as per the first selection will be done from September 7 to 11. It was earlier scheduled to be held from September 2 to 5.

Similarly, the admission as per the second selection will be held from September 16 to 19. Earlier, it was scheduled from September 12 to 14.

The date for spot selection of candidates has also been postponed. It will now begin on September 21 instead of September 19.
