Bhubaneswar: Initiating action against nine junior Plus II science colleges in Odisha for zero results in the annual examination this year, the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education has stopped admission in six colleges in the current academic session.
Besides, show-cause notices have been served on the remaining three colleges to explain the reasons for the zero results with a week failing which appropriate action will be taken against them.
Of the six colleges which the Directorate has asked them to stop the admission, four colleges have been closed since last year.
