Bhubaneswar: Principals of all Higher Secondary schools in Odisha have been directed to upload stream-wise students’ online/offline attendance by 4 pm daily.
The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Odisha, on Wednesday informed that a new attendance module is being implemented in the HSS e-Space to collect daily online/offline attendance of students of Class XI and XII
The uploading of stream-wise students’ attendance is for onward transmission to the government, read the letter issued by DHSE Joint Director Dr Sanatan Panda.
The steps to upload the attendance are as follows:
1) Log in to your HSS e-Space
2) Expand QMT from the left menu
3) Click on ‘Daily Attendance’ under QMT
4) Select ‘Online/Offline’ from the dropdown
5) Update the daily attendance
The letter further said that non-reporting of attendance will be viewed seriously.
