Bhubaneswar: Priyanka Sar of KiiT International School (KiiT-IS) made her alma mater proud by becoming the Odisha topper in the JEE Main exams.
Priyanka scored 99.985 per cent, the highest secured by a JEE Main candidate in Odisha.
Priyanka apart, 17 students from the school cleared the entrance exam with flying colours.
This is the second time in a row that a KiiT-IS student has topped JEE Main.
“It is indeed a proud moment for all of us as Priyanka is not only a product of our school, she has also made the state proud with her impeccable performance,” said Dr Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT & KISS.
KIIT International School, a constituent unit of KIIT Group of Institutions, has been making consistent efforts to impart the best quality education, and Priyanka’s performance is a testament to that, Dr Samanta stated.
He hailed the efforts of KIIT International School Chairperson Dr Mona Lisa Bal, Principal Dr Sanjay Suar, and the staff for the achievement.
