Bhubaneswar: Senior BJD leader and Law Minister Pratap Jena was admitted to a private hospital in the city on Friday night after he suffered a heart attack.
Sources in the office of the minister said that Jena complained of severe chest pain last night. He was shifted to a private hospital, where two blockages were found in his heart.
The doctors later conducted surgery and implanted two stents.
The condition of the minister is stable, the sources added.
