Bhubaneswar: With an aim to check the spread of COVID-19 infection, the Odisha Human Rights Commission (OHRC) has closed its office here till January 25 after several of its employees tested positive for the virus.
The OHRC stated in a notice that in view of detection of positive cases amongst the officers and staff, the Commission’s office will remain completely shutdown from January 17 to 25.
The decision has been taken in accordance of the government and BMC order and to adopt strict social distancing and isolation measures to stop further spread of COVID-19 infections among the staff, it added.
