Bhubaneswar: The Results of the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) 2024 were declared on Monday.
The exam, conducted by the OJEE board, was held between May 6 and 10 through CBT mode.
According to the results, Sagarika Dash emerged topper among OJEE qualifiers for B Pharma.
Similarly, Suryakanta Prushy secured the highest rank among candidates who cleared the test for MBA admission.
Students who cleared the test will undergo counseling for admission to their chosen courses in various institutions in Odisha.
Clearing OJEE is a prerequisite for admission into B Pharma, MBA, and Bachelor courses and Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic courses.
The Entrance Examination was held for various technical / professional courses, such as B.Pharm, LE-Tech. (Dip), LE-Tech. (B.Sc.), B CAT (2 streams), MBA, MCA, Int. MBA, LE-Pharm., M. Pharm, M. Arch, M. Plan and M. Tech. (11 specialisations) running in different Government and Private Institutes / Universities of the State for the academic year 2024-25.
The Entrance Examination was conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for all the courses. Test Centres were set up in all the 30 districts of the State with total 57 Test Centres in 30 cities of the state as well as 03 centres in 3 (three) cities outside Odisha, namely, Kolkata, Ranchi and Patna.
This year, total 65,742 nos. of candidates registered for the examination, while 56,047 candidates (85.25 %) appeared the test. Out of these, 56,000 candidates have been allotted ranks in their corresponding courses as per their performance in the examination.
List Of Toppers In Different Courses:
The candidates can download their rank cards from the OJEE website (www.ojee.nic.in/ www.odishajee.com). All the candidates, who have been awarded ranks, can take part in OJEE counselling for admission into different technical professional courses in Government and Private colleges and Institutes of Odisha corresponding to their rank and other qualifying criteria.
