Bhubaneswar: In a sudden turn of events, Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) chairman Amiya Mohapatra recently resigned from his post. His term was to end in 2021.
Speaking to the media, he confirmed his resignation and cited personal reasons behind his decision.
Mohaparta had assumed office in August 2019 and grabbed headlines for initiating action against builders for alleged violations under the building construction norms.
