Odisha Plus II Admission: 3.86 Lakh Students Selected In First Phase

Bhubaneswar: Over 3.86 lakh students have been selected for the first-phase admission to Plus II streams in Odisha.

According to the first selection cut-off list, which was announced by the School and Mass Education Department on Monday, 3,86,464 of 4,35,092 students have been selected in the first phase of which 2.47 lakh students will take admission in the Arts stream, 24,560 in Commerce steam and 1.07 lakh students in Science stream.

The list of students selected for the first phase admission has been uploaded on the SAMS website (https://samsodisha.gov.in).

The first phase of admission will be held between September 14 and 21.

The second merit list will be published at 4 pm on September 27 and the admission will be conducted from September 29 to October 1.

After two phases of admission, the list of the remaining seats will be announced on October 4 and the students can apply for the spot admissions the same day and the following day.

The merit list of the students for spot admission will be announced on October 5 and selected students will take admission on October 7.

The admission process will end by October 8.
