Bhubaneswar: The Higher Education Department on Tuesday announced the third and final merit list of Phase-I admissions to undergraduate (UG) first-year courses (Plus III) in Odisha for the academic session 2025-26.
A total of 49,818 students have been selected in this round. It includes 21,023 male, 28,792 female, and 3 transgender students.
While 2,65,590 students had applied for UG admission against a sanctioned seat strength of 2,74,365, 79,752 students got selected in the first round and 29,648 students in the second round. So far, 1,09,400 students have enrolled through Phase-I.
The department further stated all the selected applicants are required to click on the “Freeze” option. They will have to pay the admission/differential fees (if required) in online mode from July 1 (12 pm) to July 4 (3 pm), download the intimation letter and report at the allotted higher education institution from July 2 to July 4 (10 am to 5 pm) to complete the admission-related formalities.
The slide and float option will not be available to those selected in the final round, it added.
