Deogarh: In the wake of ongoing Maoist attacks, the district Police of Deogarh organised an anti-Maoist awareness camp here on Tuesday.
The objective of the camp was to inform ignorant villagers about the Maoist movement so that they are not misled by the anti-social group. The programme was inaugurated by the Deogarh SP P Rahul Jain.
The awareness camp was held at Panibhandar village, which falls under the district’s Maoist-affected Limura Out Post area. Scores of men and women from the surrounding areas attended the camp.
