Odisha Registers Highest COVID-19 Recovered Cases of 3343, Tally Crosses 62K
Bhubaneswar: The state on Wednesday registered the highest ever recovery cases of COVID-19 in a day with 3343 patients getting discharged from the hospitals.
Of the recovered cases on the day, 732 were from Khurda, 261 from Sundargarh, 245 from Bhadrak, 238 from Ganjam, 217 from Rayagada, 181 from Cuttack, 155 from Balasore, 127 from Sambalpur, 121 from Puri, 119 from Koraput, 112 from Mayurbhanj and 103 from Sonepur.
Similarly, 84 patients recovered from the disease in Boudh, 78 in Bargarh, 68 in Kandhamal, 65 in Balangir, 60 in Nayagarh, 56 in Kalahandi, 54 in Malkangiri, 49 in Dhenkanal, 36 in Nabarangpur, 34 in Keonjhar, 32 in Jajpur, 27 in Gajapati, 22 in Angul, 20 in Jharsuguda, 19 in Kendrapada, 16 in Jagatsinghpur, 11 in Nuapada and 1 in Deogarh district.
With today’s figure, the total recovered cases in Odisha have gone up to 62,813. While the COVID-19 positive cases have gone up to 87,602 while 441 patients have succumbed to the disease so far.
