Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 positive tally in Odisha went up to 3,32,763 on Thursday with 222 new cases reported overnight.
Of the new cases detected in 23 districts, 127 were from quarantine centres and 95 were local contacts.
Among the districts, Angul reported the highest of 28 new cases, followed by Sundargarh (24), Jharsuguda (23), Bargarh (22), Sambalpur (21), Puri (15), Khurda (12), Jajpur (9), Cuttack (8), Nayagarh (8), Nuapada (8), Balasore (7), Mayurbhanj (6), Keonjhar (5), Bhadrak (5), Sonepur (5), Gajapati (3), Balangir (3), Boudh (3), Deogarh (1), Jagatsinghpur (1), Kalahandi (1), and Koraput (1).
Besides, the state pool has 3 positive cases.
At present, Odisha has 2,192 active cases while 3,28,622 patients have recovered.
