Odisha Reports 47 COVID Deaths, The Highest Ever; Details Of Patients Here

Bhubaneswar: Amid the declining COVID-19 caseload, Odisha on Saturday recorded the highest single-day fatalities of 47 due to the deadly disease.

According to the Health Department, Khurda reported the highest of six deaths, followed by five from Cuttack and four each from Bargarh and Angul.

The deceased have been identified as:

1.A 85 years old female of Angul district who was also suffering from Hypertension.

2.A 60 years old male of Angul district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.

3.A 37 years old male of Angul district who was also suffering from Tuberculosis.

4.A 24 years old male of Angul district who was also suffering from Hypertension.

5.A 71 years old female of Balasore district.

6.A 73 years old male of Balasore district who was also suffering from Hypertension & Diabetes Mellitus.

7.A 35 years old male of Balasore district who was also suffering from Hypertension & Diabetes.

8.A 60 years old male of Bargarh District.

9.A 64 years old male of Bargarh District.

10.A 50 years old male of Bargarh District.

11.A 55 years old female of Bargarh District.

12.A 55 years old male of Bhubaneswar.

13.A 31 years old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Bronchial Asthma.

14.A 67 years old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Coronary Artery Disease & Hypertension.

15.A 62 years old male of Bhubaneswar.

16.A 65 years old male of Boudh

17.A 40 years old male of Boudh

18.A 58 years old male of Boudh

19.A 60 years old male of Balangiri District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

20.A 55 years old male of Bhadrak district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension & Coronary Artery Disease.

21.A 78 years old male of Bhadrak district who was also suffering from Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease & Cerebrovascular Accident.

22.A 25 years old Female of Bhadrak District.

23.A 79 years old male of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Coronary Artery Disease.

24.A 50 years old male of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

25.A 60 years old female of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

26.A 50 years old male of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

27.A 41 years old male of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

28.A 71 years old male of Dhenkanal district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

29.A 38 years old male of Dhenkanal district.

30.A 44 years old male of Dhenkanal district.

31.A 37 years old male of Ganjam district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.

32.A 43 years old male of Ganjam district.

33.A 31 years old male of Ganjam district.

34.A 65 years old male of Jagatsinghpur district.

35.A 55 years old female of Jagatsinghpur district.

36.A 43 years old male of Jajpur district.

37.A 37 years old male of Kendrapada district.

38.A 36 years old male of Kendrapada district.

39.A 36 years old male of Khuda district.

40.A 39 years old male of Khurda district.

41.A 37 years old male of Nayagarh district.

42.A 47 years old male of Nayagarh district.

43.A 35 years old female of Nayagarh district.

44.A 57 years old female of Puri district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

45.A 35 years old male of Puri district.

46.A 62 years old male of Rayagada district.

47.A 44 years old female of Sundargarh district.

With this, the death toll in the state has touched 3257.
