Bhubaneswar: The daily COVID caseload in Odisha witnessed a slight increase on Tuesday with 232 infections registered in the last 24 hours against 221 cases on Monday. The active tally in the state continued to remain below the 2,000 mark at 1,982.
According to the I & PR department, 136 new cases are from quarantine and 96 local contacts. Among them, 38 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

With these cases being detected from 15,278 samples, the test positivity rate (TPR) stands at 1.51 per cent.
