Bhubaneswar: After a two-day downward trend, the state saw almost 63% increase in the daily COVID casealod with 260 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours against 159 on Tuesday and 194 on Monday.
According to the I & PR department, 152 new cases are from quarantine and 108 local contacts. Among them, 29 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

With these cases being detected from 13,826 samples, the test positivity rate (TPR) stood at 1.88%. Odisha now has 1,674 active cases.
