Bhubaneswar: The second edition of Odisha StartUp Summit will be held
here from January 11 to 13, 2018.
Announcing the event, Odisha StartUp Summit Organising Committee
convener and founder of Sak Robotix Lab Private Ltd Sakyasingha Mohapatra
said, “We successfully organised the summit last year with several
eminent speakers, delegates, students, startup entrepreneurs and
aspiring entrepreneurs. This time, we are organizing Odisha StartUp
Summit in a much bigger and better way by having a series of inspiring
sessions involing successful startup entrepreneurs of national repute. We
are also inviting India’s leading incubators, accelerators, investors,
venture capital firms and mentors who will not only give their able
guidance to the budding entrepreneurs but also invest in Odisha
StartUp ecosystem.”
Around 2, 000 participants, including 500 entrepreneurs and 1, 000
students, will take part in the event, Mohapatra added.
Odisha StartUp Summit Organising Committee co-convenor and Zamura Software Solutions Private Limited founder Abanis Nayak said, “Odisha needs a holistic ecosystem for startups and awareness campaign on different aspects and challenges of a startup. We aim to achieve it through this event and follow up events. There is a need to create
entrepreneurs to build a bright future and strong economy for Odisha.”
