Bhubaneswar: A total of 6,025 teachers will be recruited for government secondary schools in Odisha, according to a notification issued by Odisha Staff Selection Commission.
These appointments pertains to Leave Training Reserve teachers.
While 681 Physical Education Teachers and 5,344 TGT Arts, TGT Science, Hindi, Classical (Sanskrit) teachers will be recruited, 1,988 among them will be women.
The notification further stated that Group-B service teachers will be entitled to a pay of Rs 35,400 per month while Group-C service teachers will receive Rs 29,200 per month.
Candidates can apply online for the posts from October 30 to December 2. The selection process would include preliminary examination and main written examination, which will be conducted in both Odia and English medium except for language paper, it added.
