Cuttack: Tension prevailed on the premises of Banki court in Odisha’s Cuttack district on Tuesday after a woman caught her husband while he was cozying up with another lady.
The woman grabbed her husband’s collar and dragged him to the local police station, said sources.
She alleged that her husband had come to court to marry the second woman when she caught them red-handed.
The man used to torture her and she had filed a police complaint in this connection six months back, the complainant said..
On Tuesday, the complainant got information about her husband who had come to the court to complete the formalities to marry another woman.
Upon spotting the complainant, the other woman fled from the spot while the man, identified as Santosh Rout was taken to the police following a tussle in public, sources added.
