Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday dedicated the OdishaOne portal to the people of Odisha.
With the portal, more than 3,000 Mo Seba Kendras were inaugurated on the occasion of the 105th birth anniversary of legendary leader Biju Patnaik.
The OdishaOne portal will provide all the services to the computer literate people, as it is an integrated service delivery framework for government to citizen (G2C) services either through self mode or through common service centres (CSCs) mode.
It has been designed in a way that various departmental applications can utilise this framework irrespective of their level of automation.
People can access online services of various departments through this single portal.
This is a part of the state government’s endeavour to empower the people of Odisha, said Naveen.
“Biju Babu always wanted that the benefits of technology to reach every corner of the state, so that people can live a better lifestyle. Mo Seba Kendras will help in this,” he added.
Mo Seba Kendras will be opened in every Panchayat of the state. At least 8,000 youth will get employment in these Seba Kendras, said sources.
