Bhubaneswar: For the first time in several months, the daily caseload in Odisha dropped below 1000 with 987 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
With this, the affected tally in the state touched 3,03,780 on Tuesday.
According to I & PR department, 572 are quarantine and 415 are local contact cases.
The fresh infections have been reported from all 30 districts of the state. Sundargarh and Balasore districts recorded the highest 107 fresh cases each followed by Cuttack (106) and Khurda (92) districts.
