Bhubaneswar: Utkal University in Bhubaneswar on Monday announced the results of last semester examinations of all three streams of Plus III courses.
The results of the examinations of Arts, Science and Commerce streams were released in a notification issued by Examination Controller of the university Sarat Kumar Majhi.
As per the notification, 19,504 out of 25,039 students, who appeared at Plus 3 Arts final semester examinations under various Hounours subjects cleared the tests. While 2,017 candidates were declared unsuccessful, the results of 3,508 were withheld on various grounds.
In Plus III Science Honours examinations, 11,605 out of 13,607 students have come out successful. The results of 1,430 students have been withheld, while 572 have failed in the tests.
Similarly, 4,147 students had appeared at the examinations of various subjects in Commerce Honours and 3,166 of them have passed. While 380 candidates failed to clear the exams, the results of 601 have been withheld.
