Odisha’s Utkal University To Hold Convocation In March!

Bhubaneswar: The convocation of Utkal University here may be organised in March.

According to university sources, preparations have already started in this regard.

Though the date has not been finalized yet, the process for preparing the certificates for PhD holders has begun, the sources informed.

The university authorities have also asked all the heads of the departments to submit the list of toppers. A tender for making gold medals for the toppers has also been put out.

An invitation has been sent to President Ram Nath Kovind to attend the ceremony as the chief guest. But, no confirmation letter has come from the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

The university authorities have also informed about the convocation to Governor Ganeshi Lal. The date will be finalized according to his availability, the sources added.
