OJEE To Release Final Merit List Of MBBS & BDS Counselling In Odisha On Jan 27

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee (OJEE) will release the final merit list of candidates for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in government and private medical colleges of the state on January 27.

The registration, which started on Wednesday, will end on January 18, 2022. The provisional state merit list of registered candidates will be published on January 24 and candidates will be able to file query on January 25 and 26 regarding the provisional state merit list.

The state candidates who have qualified in the NEET UG 2021 examination will be eligible for registration for admission to MBBS/BDS courses for the academic session 2021-22. The candidates must be of 17 years of age as on December 31, 2021 and there will be no upper age limit.

OJEE will allot 85% cent of total seats to government medical/dental colleges. This year, there are total 1,450 MBBS seats in the state, a rise of 100 seats from last year.

“The schedule for choice filling, allotment of seats and other processes will be notified in due course of time,” OJEE Chairman SK Chand said.

The state-qualified candidates can check the detailed schedule on the official website of OJEE on ojee.nic.in.
