Jharsuguda: Police have detained 6 persons in connection with an alleged murder of a youth at Patrapali village under Laikera police limits in Odisha’s Jharsuguda district late on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Bipin Bhoi (25). He was allegedly thrashed to death by his friends, following a quarrel, during a feast.

One being informed, police recovered the body and sent it for postmortem. A scientific team has also reached the spot. The six detainees are being questioned.
