New Delhi: Online registration for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) began on Monday. The exam will be held on December 8.
Candidates who wish to take the exam can fill the online application on the official website ctet.nic.in.
The registration process will remain open till September 18.
A total of 20 lakh candidates had registered for the last exam in July. Of them, 3.52 lakh had qualified.
The exam contains two papers of 2.30-hour duration each.
The CBSE, which conducts the exam, has suggested the candidates to refer only authentic textbooks and syllabus suggested by NCTE for preparation.
