Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has cancelled the written examination of Optional Subjects (Paper-I and Paper-II) for recruitment to the post of Post Graduate Teachers in Physics, Mathematics and Odia due to ‘unavoidable circumstances’.
The written examination for Physics, Mathematics and Odia was scheduled to be held on 6 October.
The OPSC on Sunday issued a notification in this regard, which stated that the written examination of Optional Subjects (Paper-I and Paper-II) for recruitment to the post of Post Graduate Teachers in Physics, Mathematics and Odia, scheduled to be held on October 6, 2024, has been cancelled.
“Examination in all other optional subjects shall be held as per schedule. Further dates for examination of aforesaid three optional subjects will be notified later. The candidates are advised to visit the website of the Commission regularly for further updates regarding the Programme notice,” the notification stated.
